I love everybody in this office. Dr. Theiss is so easygoing, kind of salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. In fact, I think he lives on a farm, so that makes sense.
I love the office staff. Always asking me, “Are you okay? Is everything okay?” “Yes.” So it’s just a very, very friendly … I don’t dread coming here.
He’s just really calm, and I have a lot of dental anxiety. In fact, I never went to the dentist on a regular basis until I came here. I only went to the dentist when I had pain, but now I go every six months, and he’s showing me that just regular dental care will avoid a lot of problems.
Dr. Theiss explains everything he’s going to do, and he shows me pictures on the X-ray. He shows me everything he’s going to do and why he needs to do it. And he just kind of helps me through everything. And I just like his calm demeanor.
