The reason I came the first time is because it’s local. I mean, I live like just a couple of minutes from here. My wife had heard good things about Dr. Theiss. And also, I had a coupon.
But I guess one of the things that impressed me greatly about Dr. Theiss is the very first time I came here, he referred me to a periodontist who he thought could help me better than he could. I saw that as being very professional. You know, an example of putting the patient’s interests ahead of his own. And that impressed me greatly.
I’ve had three teeth extracted on separate occasions, and I didn’t feel any pain at all during the procedure. I didn’t have to take any pain pills when I got home. So, he numbs you up very well, and he really knows what he’s doing.
Also, my wife had seven teeth extracted at one time, and she didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. In fact, she felt like the procedure was over before she knew it.
He’s very nice and easy to talk with. He explains my situation very well and answers my questions so I can make an informed decision. I believe that my health, my medical and dental health, is my responsibility, and that doctors are just consultants that I use; and he and I converse very well together. He’s very good and works with me very well from that perspective.
