It had been several years since I went to the dentist, and I was experiencing pain, and I knew that I had let things go too long. I have a weak enamel, and I’m very susceptible to cavities, but I also don’t numb very well. I knew that it would require a lot of numbing, a lot of drilling, and in my past experience, they never did that in a way that wasn’t painful. I would tell them, and they wouldn’t really listen. They thought they knew better.
Then I decided, I just … I have to get my teeth fixed or it’s going to be even worse, so I just asked for recommendations, and people recommended this place, and I gave it a chance. Dr. Theiss and his staff took my X-rays, took my pictures, and they assured me that they could help me, and not in a way that was impossible feeling. I thought my teeth would be impossible to fix, and they thought otherwise. The constant reassurance that they would take care of me was nice, and that goes a long way with me.
