Dr. Theiss is a very confident and caring dentist. He exudes confidence; you always get the idea that he knows what he’s doing. He will take the time to explain anything that you have a question to. He doesn’t overtalk while he’s working on you; he concentrates very well on what he’s doing. You never get a panicked feeling, like he’s run into a problem he can’t handle, and he’s got many years of experience, and it shows.
They are just nice, caring people. It comes down from Dr. Theiss all the way to the office, and that’s the reason I come back. They do excellent work.
I would encourage them to visit Northern Kentucky Dental Care because it’s an office that is a caring office. They have all the latest procedures, they keep up on the techniques, and dentistry has evolved since I was a child immensely. They keep excellent records of what’s going on, and they will know what needs to be done in preventative medicine. Very confident professionals, and they know what they’re doing.
The dental hygienist that usually cleans my teeth is extremely gentle and very, very thorough. You come out of here knowing that things have been done first-class.
